About customs duties
Customs duties are mandatory fees charged by the state for transporting goods across the customs border of the Republic of Armenia.
Individuals must pay customs duties when the value of goods for personal use sent via international postal parcels exceeds 200 euros or 31 kg. According to current regulations:
- If the cargo exceeds the monetary threshold, a customs fee of 15% is charged on the difference between the cargo’s value and the permissible threshold.
- If the cargo exceeds the weight limit, the customs duty is 15% of the part of the value above 200 euros, or 2 euros per excess kilogram, whichever is higher.
Customs duties for business cargo are calculated individually.

How is the price calculated?
Each box has a fixed price, whatever it weighs. You only pay for the boxes you choose.

When will my shipment arrive?
In 45–60 working days, counted from the day the container is loaded.
Is there a minimum volume?
No, you can send even a single box.
How is customs duty calculated?
For customs, each box is a separate parcel. Duty applies if the value of the items in a box exceeds 200 euros or its weight exceeds 31 kg.
Are there any discounts?
Yes. One box of size XXL (2XL) or larger gets 25% off, and when you bring two or more such boxes, every second box gets 50% off. The calculator applies the discount automatically. The discount applies only when the boxes are dropped off at our Glendale office.
What if my cargo doesn’t fit in the boxes?
For furniture, appliances or other sizes, send a request and we will prepare a custom quote.
